DFW Festivals reviews each application carefully. Approval is not automatic. Applications are evaluated based on product quality, booth or truck presentation, professionalism, communication, preparedness, reliability, guest experience, event fit, and permit, insurance, and safety requirements when applicable.
We seek merchants who take pride in their work, present themselves professionally, and contribute to a positive experience for guests, clients, and event partners.
Merchants are responsible for their products, inventory, staffing, equipment, setup, permits, licenses, taxes, insurance, and payment processing unless a specific event states otherwise.
Food and beverage vendors may be required to provide health permits, food-handler certifications, fire-safety documents, and other documentation required by the host city, county, venue, or event partner.
Preferred Merchant benefits and placement may vary by event. Event size, layout, location, client requirements, category needs, and available space may influence merchant opportunities and placement.
Preferred Merchant status does not guarantee acceptance into every event, specific booth placement, exclusivity, discounted pricing for every event, or sales results.
Event opportunities, booth fees, space availability, permits, insurance requirements, operating hours, and event guidelines may vary by event.
DFW Festivals and its clients reserve the right to make final merchant selections based on event needs, client requirements, available space, category balance, public safety, and overall fit.
